As result of the considerate and careful restoration of a beautiful example of religious architecture in the Saluzzo area, the Convent of San Giovanni, now there are 13 rooms.

Located on the first floor, our rooms (2 single rooms, 3 Double Classic, 6 Double Superior, 2 Junior Suites with double bed and single bed) partly overlook the ancient cloister of the Convent of St. Giovanni, partly Casa Cavassa (an elegant Renaissance residence and today a museum) and partly over the city of Saluzzo and over the spectacular Alps surrounding the plain of Po river.

A beautiful vaulted ceiling welcomes guests in the restaurant "Al Convento" and the atmosphere in which you are immersed is filled with a light, which becomes a witness to the pleasantness of the environment, in which the restoration works have not taken away any of the charm of old time and history.

Under the imposing but sober lamps, you can experience the ambiance of a place filled with typical Italian and Piedmont essence, in which the ancient brickwork fades smoothly into the modernity of its cuisine, where the chef’s recipes create flavours meticulously.
